1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CyberPrism mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CyberPrism is a mobile application that provides cybersecurity vulnerability tracking and analysis services. The App allows users to:

• View and track CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) entries
• Access vulnerability analysis across multiple cybersecurity frameworks
• Monitor threat intelligence and threat actor information
• Set up a personalized vendor watchlist and receive a tailored threat feed
• Receive AI-generated weekly Vector Briefings personalized to your watchlist (1 free, unlimited with premium)
• Track ransomware incidents across your industries
• Bookmark vulnerabilities for offline access
• Generate PDF reports of vulnerability analyses
• The outputs in this app are sourced from various sources and also generated by an AI LLM model. Trust the content at your own risk

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional cybersecurity purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Share your premium subscription access with others
• Use automated tools to extract large amounts of data from the App

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Features

Some features require a paid subscription ("CyberPrism Pro"), including:

• Unlimited AI-generated Vector Briefings
• PDF export functionality
• Advanced threat actor mapping

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are auto-renewable through your App Store or Google Play account
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5.3 Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Local Storage

• All vulnerability data and bookmarks are stored locally on your device
• We do not collect or store personal information about you
• You can delete all data by uninstalling the App

6.2 API Communications

• The App connects to our servers to fetch vulnerability data, sync your vendor watchlist, and deliver personalized Vector Briefings
• All communications use secure HTTPS connections
• No personal data is transmitted to our servers

6.3 Analytics

The App collects anonymous usage analytics to improve the service. Details of what data is collected and how it is processed are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 App Content

The App and its content, including vulnerability analyses, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The vulnerability data is sourced from public databases and processed through our analysis systems.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any notes or annotations you create within the App.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Information Accuracy

• Vulnerability analyses are generated using AI and may contain errors
• Information is provided for preliminary analysis purposes only
• You should validate all information before using it in production environments
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information

8.2 Professional Use

• The App is a tool to assist cybersecurity professionals
• It does not replace professional judgment or expertise
• You are responsible for validating all information before acting on it

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SECURITY INCIDENTS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, with or without notice.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device will remain until you delete the App.

11. Updates and Changes

11.1 App Updates

We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve security. Updates may be automatic depending on your device settings.

11.2 Agreement Changes

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

• Apple App Store and Google Play Store for subscriptions
• Firebase for notifications and analytics
• iCloud and Google Drive for optional data synchronization

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

13. Geographic Restrictions

The App is available worldwide, but some features may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to local laws or regulations.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
